Hey guys! Let me share to you when and how long I do my fitness routine.
Right after waking up I go on the floor and do 30-50 push-ups and then drink two glasses of water (no ice).
During weekdays when going to the office, I walk 15 minutes from my house to the public transport terminal and then walk another 10 minutes from MRT to my office (and v.v.).
Not everyday but whenever I have someone to run with after office hours (7-9pm), I run 10-21k.
Sometimes during afternoon weekends, I play with old and new members of my teams (Mapua Table Tennis and Swimming Team). Afternoon is when your body temperature is at its highest, meaning more energy and blood flow.
I also participate in annual races such as Adidas King of The Road (KoTR) and Quezon City International Marathon.
To answer you how long? I’m not quite sure and I’m not really counting as I believe being fit has become my lifestyle. But after all that is said above, I’m sure you an idea.
How do I benefit from it? Well, to put it simply, I am FIT.
