After four (4) rounds of the 84th NCAA Chess Tournament, the Mapua Institute of Technology dons the top spot with a score of 11.5 points.

Colegio de San Juan de Letran follwed the Mapua Woodpushers with 10.5 points and then College of Saint Benilde with 8 points.

Mapua scored 2 points against San Sebastion College and scored 3 points against Jose Rizal University.

The 5th round will be on Saturday, August 09.
