Phelps watch

In sports, Swimming is one thing I love most. It tones your body, it improves your respiratory system and for me, it’s a stress releiver, as so with any other sports.

I’ve been watching Micheal Phelps in the Olympics. He’s making History and smashing record books.

Today, Phelps has three Golds in three events. He stands there with Mark Spitz, Carl Lewis, Larysa Latynina, and Paavo Nurmi for the Most Olympic Gold Medals.

I’ve been very blessed in my lifetime, I watched the greatest Basketball player, the greatest Golf player and now, probably the most versatile or arguably the greatest Swimmer ever.

What he does at the pool seems so easy, it’s not. Compared with other swimmers who has one race to prepare to in this year’s Olympics, Phelps has to prepare for eight (8) race. Here’s a rundown of how hard each of those races are (via espan).

As of this writing, Phelps is going to compete tonight to claim his fourth and fifth gold medals in 200-m Butterfly and 4×200-meter freestyle relay. If he does claim just one of those, he’d be the most decorated Olympian of all time. A league of his own.

His secret?

Pizza and Pasta.
